Terms & conditions
These terms apply when you use arjeev.elementsds.co.in (the “site”) or buy from it. Please read them with our Shipping, Returns, Cancellations & refunds, Payments and Privacy policies, which form part of them. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.
1. Who we are
ARJEEV is a brand of Elements DS LLP, a limited liability partnership registered in India. “We”, “us” and “our” mean Elements DS LLP. GSTIN: 29AANFE3129M1ZY.
2. Using the site
You must be 18 or older to buy on the site, or have a parent or guardian do so with you. Please give accurate details, keep your sign-in details to yourself, and let us know if you think someone else has used your account. We may suspend an account that is used for fraud or to misuse the site.
3. Our products
Many of our pieces are hand-finished in small runs, so small variations in colour, weave or embellishment are part of their character and not defects. Colours can also look slightly different on different screens. Sizes are described on each product page, please check them before ordering.
4. Prices
Prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes. Shipping, where it applies, is shown before you pay. We may change prices at any time, but never for an order you have already paid for.
5. Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when your payment succeeds and we send you an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order, for example, if a piece is unavailable, was listed with a clear error in its price or description, cannot be delivered to your address, or if we suspect fraud. If we do, we refund everything you paid.
6. Payment, delivery, returns and refunds
These are covered in full by our Payments, Shipping, Returns and Cancellations & refunds policies. A piece becomes yours, and its risk passes to you, when it is delivered. Our clothing carries no separate warranty; faults are covered by the Returns policy and by your rights under consumer law.
7. Offers and coupons
Offers and coupon codes are subject to the conditions shown with them. Only one code can be used on an order, codes have no cash value, and we may end an offer at any time, though never for an order already paid for.
8. Our content
The designs, photographs, text, logos and other content on the site belong to Elements DS LLP or are used with permission. Please do not copy or reuse them without our written consent.
9. Fair use
Please do not misuse the site: no attempts to break or get around its security, to scrape it, to place fraudulent orders, or to interfere with other shoppers.
10. Our liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim about an order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, or any other law that protects you as a consumer.
11. Events beyond our control
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, strikes, epidemics, or courier and network outages. If one affects your order, we will tell you, and you may cancel for a full refund.
12. Complaints
If something has gone wrong, write to Admin@elementsds.co.in first: most things can be put right quickly. If you are not satisfied, you can contact our Grievance Officer:

We acknowledge every complaint within 48 hours and resolve it within one month of receiving it.
If you are still not satisfied, you can contact the National Consumer Helpline on 1915 or at consumerhelpline.gov.in, or file a complaint with the consumer commission online at edaakhil.nic.in.
13. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to your rights to approach a consumer commission, disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at the place of our registered office.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top shows when they last changed. The terms in force when you placed an order apply to that order.
